JACKSONVILLE, FL (August 18, 2025) – Vision at Johnson & Johnson† has appointed Paul Lisenby as Global Head of Research & Development, Vision, effective August 4, 2025.
Paul will be responsible for shaping the global R&D strategy and driving innovation across the Vision portfolio. With a strong focus on accelerating transformative solutions, Paul will leverage his impressive track record of cross-functional leadership in new product development to drive the strong technology pipeline and increase the Company’s cadence of launching breakthrough innovations in eye health.

He returns to Vision at Johnson & Johnson to lead R&D, where he worked over 25 years ago. His experience in leading global innovation teams will help bring transformative solutions to patients and eye care professionals around the world.
